Next Step – Niagara!

Quick post. Leaving in about 30 minutes. Unbelievably cold this morning. I think last night the temperature almost kissed a number starting with “4”. Almost nobody was prepared. Definitely not me. I slept ok in my sleeping bag but getting out of it has been painful. Everything is cold and damp.

But off we go. I’ll post later from the other side! Any messages of encouragement would be most welcome today. I’m pushing every mile!

Not pretty but after over 400 miles I’m better than expected!

  3. Congratulations on completing your first Empire State Ride. No one can take this away from you – the preparation, the experience, the perseverance to see it through, and of course the good cause.

You are so close to the finish line. Thank you for taking us with you on your journey! Here is an inspiring quote to leave you with:

  7. All…later this evening I will reply to you all. I did want to let you know that I’ve arrived at our staging location so I will stop the live track. We are pausing here until 330 when we will enter the falls officially. I am not officially done yet! Still two miles to go!
