The Last Full Day…

There’s only one more shower in a truck and night in a tent left for Greg… and he’s incredibly thankful for that. You guys know the routine by now- first, I’ll share some content that Greg’s passed along from yesterday and then we will get into day six!

A scenic sunset at the tents.

A classic Greg selfie featuring a giant chicken!

The rain was unforgiving, but at least it’s better from inside the tent!

Now… onto day six. We are almost at the end of Greg’s ride, and his perseverance truly is unmatched. Everyone that I’ve spoken to about Greg’s ride always shares the same thoughts- “I could never do this.” Everyone is equally amazed at Greg’s ability to ride through these seemingly countless miles for days on end and through tough conditions, especially with this year’s heat wave. And while I completely agree that I would never be able to do this either, I do think we all should take some inspiration from Greg and learn to strive to be the best versions of ourselves daily. You can only do as much as you push yourself to do!

Here are the bikes ready to be loaded into the truck for folks that need a break today.

The team of mechanics worked late last night and started early this morning. And still have a rack full of sick “patients.”

A mother and her daughter came all the way from Alaska for this ride!
