As you may have guessed from the 2 AM post, not much sleep last night. But I’m all ready now…in typical fashion, this morning I have unpacked everything, rechecked the packing list, and repacked. And, in the end, I have plenty of room leftover! You will note in the two bags I have my gold
Well, that title is only accurate if, in fact, I do sleep tonight. For now…thoughtful. I wrapped up a day at work. Last day I’ll have a tie on for a week or so. Normally that’s no big deal. But as I was packing up, people came up to me and wished me good luck.

I know. What could be more exciting than reading about someone packing? This is actually more of a challenge than I expected. The staff provided an excellent packing list but this is taking more thought than I imagined. I’ve never gone camping. And this is semi camping.
I lot of people have asked what the routes are and what day we will be where. I made a short document based on what the ride has published.
This time next week I will be wrapping up day one of the road. Definitely feeling somewhere between nervous and excited. My biggest questions are more about packing than the actual ride.
